Justin Netshikulwe is a father of Oripfa Netshikulwe, a Son of Itani Netshikulwe and a Brother, uncle 

and friend. He is a South African Real Estate entrepreneur, property practitioner, and the founder and 

principal of Justin Property Group. He is recognized for his work in assisting individuals and families 

build wealth through property ownership and investment, particularly in Limpopo Province.

Early Life and Education

Justin Netshikulwe was born in Shayandima one of townships in Venda, Thohoyandou, Limpopo. He 

pursued higher education and obtained a National Diploma in Human Resource Management and later 

completed an NQF Level 5 qualification in Real Estate Industry. 

Before entering the property industry, Netshikulwe started his professional career as a Human Resources 

intern at the Department of Education in Kroonstad, Free State Province for 2 years. After that, he 

worked in the financial sector as a financial advisor at Old Mutual still in Kroonstad. His career path 

changed when he was introduced to the Real Estate industry in 2015, where he discovered his passion for 

property and working with people. 

Real Estate Career

Justin Netshikulwe started as a candidate property practitioner, he enrolled in a Real Estate Business 

Training School and, became a qualified and licensed Master Practitioner in Real Estate registered with 

the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Over more than a decade in the industry now, 

he has built strong experience in property sales, rentals, and investment advisory. After qualifying as a 

Master Practitioner in Real Estate he was awarded a bursary by REBOSA (Real Estate Business 

Owners of South Africa) partnered with Charter Academy to study Business Leadership in Real Estate.

He later founded Justin Property Group, a real estate company based in Mokopane, Limpopo, focused 

on:

• Property sales

• Rentals and property management

• Property investment advisory

• Helping first-time buyers enter the property market

• The company aims to promote wealth creation through property ownership and to expand across 

• Limpopo and eventually nationally. 

• His Impact in the Industry and Community

• Built a strong rental portfolio of over 150 Rental in Mokopane and Polokwane. 

• Expanded property services and opportunities in towns such as Mokopane, Polokwane, Bela-Bela, and Tzaneen.

• Celebrated over a decade in the real estate industry in 2025. 

• Recognized by industry leaders - Ms Thato RamailI the CEO of PPRA and government 

• representatives for contributions to the property sector and local economic development in Limpopo – Dept of Social Development MEC Florance Radzilani. 

• Recognized by North West University for partnering with Mapelo Mashishi Foundation for 

• securing bursary’s for over 20 learners from rural areas over 5 years.

• Recently appointed as Executive Board Member of SAYIPA (South African Youth In Property 

• Association).

His mission is to educate communities about real estate opportunities and mentor young entrepreneurs 

interested in entering the property industry.
